The print function works very much like the copy feature. The final suggestion is to take it to the Geek squad in store for "an update of the operating system and reinstalling the HP drivers on a fresh operating system." I really don't want to do that. I buy best Geek Squad support and yesterday an agent has spent more than 4 hours trying to solve the problem and could not managed to open. We use Windows 10 for several months now and have used the solution Center on all three computers (with Windows 10) up to two days when I tried to use it and it would not load. Click on the desktop icon and the image of the Cluster Solution flashes briefly and disappeared. On two of them, the Solution Center will not load.
